Shipping types and costs

Standard service (home delivery at street level)

This delivery service does not include in any case the lifting of the merchandise to your home and will be delivered at street level.

peninsular Spain
The transport cost will have an increase of €10.26 (VAT included) if the purchase is less than €150, and will be notified when making the purchase.
This service will be free for purchases over €150.
Balearic Islands (Mallorca and Ibiza)
The transport cost will have an increase of €18.15 (VAT included) if the purchase is less than €1500, and will be notified when making the purchase.
This service will be free for purchases over €1500.
Rest of Spain and Europe
For Menorca, Formentera, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Europe it will be necessary to consult rates, in order to adjust prices depending on the volume and quantity.

Plus+ Service(home delivery, placement or assembly and packaging recovery)

This service includes transportation, delivery to the home, placement or assembly if necessary, and removal of residual material (cardboard and plastic).
SALA_interiorisme has logistics warehouses and professional assembly services throughout Spain, including the Balearic Islands.
Installation of lamps or luminaires are not part of our assembly service.
In no case does the Plus+ Service include forklifts or elevators. In the event that forklift and elevator services are necessary, they are budgeted separately.
According to our assembly policy, no type of installation or assembly is carried out on plasterboard, plaster or similar walls. Insurers do not cover installations on this type of walls. Please check that your wall is brick to avoid any inconveniences. For more information, consult our technical service and we will help you with any questions.
In the free Plus+ Service there are products where assembly is not included. To know in detail the contracted services, consult the Transportation section of the product sheet.

peninsular Spain

This service will be free for purchases over €1500. If the purchase does not exceed €1,500, the customer may optionally choose this service at a cost of €48.40 (VAT included).

Balearic Islands (Mallorca)

This service will be free for purchases over €2000. If the purchase does not exceed €2000, the customer may optionally choose this service at a cost of €72.6 (VAT included).

Balearic Islands (Ibiza)

This service will be free for purchases over €3000. If the purchase does not exceed €3,000, the customer can choose this service at a cost of €145.2 (VAT included).

Balearic Islands (Menorca and Formentera)

This service will be free for purchases over €10,000. If the purchase does not exceed €10,000, the customer can choose this service at a cost of €726 (VAT included).

Damage caused by transportation

Your order is carefully packaged and controlled in our facilities and then shipped. However, the possibility of damage caused by transport cannot be ruled out. Therefore, we ask you to check it carefully as soon as you receive the product.

What to do if there is damage caused by transportation?

When your order is delivered, please check the outside appearance of the package:

if it is open or appears to have been opened,
if it is broken or damaged,
if it is deformed or damaged,
if it appears wet or appears to have been in contact with liquids.
In any of these cases described, you must verify the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person, before signing the receipt note or any other document. If the delivery person refuses to carry out this check or if you find that products are missing or damaged, DO NOT accept the order.
If you accept the package, we will not be able to make any claim to the carrier.

Please check the merchandise inside the package within a maximum of 24 hours.
It will not accept claims after 24 hours from the date of receipt of the merchandise, since these are the conditions imposed by the transport companies.

All claims regarding breakages or losses must be reported to SALA_interiorisme by telephone at 616 499 815 or by e-mail. juanvi@salainteriorisme.com, within the period indicated above, including digital photos and a detailed description of the problem detected.

The period of 24 hours from the date of receipt is set by insurance companies, since all our products are sent by logistics and are insured.

What to do if, despite our recommendations, you accept the product and it is damaged?

In this case, please send us by e-mail to juanvi@salainteriorisme.com with digital photos of the damage, along with the order number, so that we can correctly submit the damage declaration to our insurance. At the same time, we organize the collection of the product with you and we take care of solving the incident in the best possible way.

Transportation Insurance

When shipping our Products we ensure that we take all necessary steps to minimize the risk of damage.
However, damage caused by transport cannot be completely excluded. For this reason, all the products we send are insured against possible transport damage.
If you notice damage during shipment, please inform us within 24 hours.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on whether they are products in Stock or products that must be manufactured because they are personalized or Out of Stock and also depend on the delivery address and the shipping method selected:

PERSONALIZED OR OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

The delivery times of the products that have to be manufactured vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. After confirmation with the supplier or manufacturer, the delivery time is informed.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product.
The delivery time is an indicative and non-binding period. Because the product is going to be manufactured and customized for each client, delivery times may be modified for multiple reasons such as manufacturing problems, stock out of parts, transportation delays, etc.
At all times the client will be informed if there is a manufacturing delay.

DELIVERY TIME FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE TO BE MANUFACTURED
For each product we indicate the estimated delivery time. The times indicated are indicative and are provided by each manufacturer, but they may suffer delays due to manufacturing or logistics inconveniences. We will inform the customer at all times if their order is delayed in manufacturing.

Small products are sent by Correos Express and medium and large products are sent by courier.
A tracking and messaging number is sent with all orders so that the customer is informed at all times. 

SALA_interiorisme SL is not responsible for delays that may occur during summer periods due to breaks in factories, although this possibility will be informed in each case when placing the order.

If for any exceptional reason the shipment is delayed, we will contact you by email or telephone.
The cost of the product will include Value Added Tax (VAT) depending on the country. The cost of the product is understood to be that which appears reflected at the time of placing the order.
The cost of the order will be included by PRODUCT COST (+) SHIPPING COSTS.
Purchases will be deemed to have been made at SALA_interiorisme, SL located at 46760_Tavernes de la Valldigna Carmen, 6.

Return of products

If you wish to cancel or return an order, for reasons beyond the control of SALA_interiorisme, return shipping costs will be invoiced.

Customized pieces in color or measurements (all those in which you can select different options within the website) allow returns, but you will be invoiced 50% of the total order, because the personalized product is created for the client and then It is impossible to post-sell the product; round-trip shipping will also be invoiced.

If you wish to make a return, contact our after-sales service by email juanvi@salainteriorisme.com. Customer service will take care of all the arrangements for a correct return of your purchase.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from SALA_interiorisme SL.

After 14 business days from the date of delivery of the purchase, no exchanges or returns are allowed.

Know the guarantee

The warranty period for purchased products is 3 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise over time. Logically, defects or damage due to incorrect use of the product or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product are not included in the warranty.

The deadline for reporting any defect is 2 months and a period of six months is established after delivery to understand that the defect comes from the factory. After these six months until the end of the three-year warranty period, it will be the consumer who must prove that the defect comes from the factory.
